Grill Sandwiches
Place two slices of bread on a cutting board and spread a thin layer of about 1 tablespoon of butter on each slice.
Heat a skillet
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread in the skillet butter-side down and spread 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, if desired.
Add
Top the slice of bread with half of the cheese and add pickles, tomatoes, or bacon, if desired.
Spread
Apply 1/2 teaspoon of mustard to the unbuttered side of the remaining slice of bread and place it on top of the cheese layer butter-side up.

Grilled cheese with lemon juice and oregano
Cut the cheese into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a non-stick pan or grease a grill with olive oil and arrange the cheese slices.
Fry until golden on each side (turning).
Arrange the warm slices on plates, drizzle with lemon juice to taste and sprinkle generously with oregano.
It's delicious warm. For us, 300 g is enough for two people - for a light dinner or side dish.
